Holiday Smashup and More

This time last year I was doing this.
Happily wiring paper and making a fall garland that
carried over into the Christmas Holiday
with the addition of some sparkly pics.

I plan to use the leaves differently
this year, not sure just how just yet.
Meanwhile I just finished some samples
for another quick technique class at
The Paper Bunny.

I've also begun private classes at the house
that work for those gals who are overwhelmed
working in larger groups.
Want to learn a new technique?
Let me know.

Eye issues, Dental Issues
Appointment after Appointment
Dollar after Dollar
with two birthdays and Christmas all
coming soon within
30 days.
Deep breaths and prayers of gratitude
will get me through.

and then there's the #!&*^%# election
Lots of escape reading and Dellatorri wine.

Latest group -
The bottom step was read last week.
I do average about one each night.

No Halloween for me tonight;
the world is scary enough.

Did you see Decaprio's
Before the Flood on National Geographic?
Not so much new information,
just another attempt to wake up the world.
Our planet's future is in the hands
of "purchased" politicians.
The world according to Koch
is a Halloween nightmare.

We have much in common and I'm not sure where I found you. Talk about a memory. We'll have to talk books sometimes as I just posted about being unable to find contemporary fiction that I enjoy. I'm terrible. Love your tableau. I love creams and whites and pale colored things.

I think its great to offer classes at home for those who aren't crazy about groups. That would be me. Not sure what to call the round pink paper thingies but they are awesome blog with the 'crowns?' Really cool!

I'm trying to stay aways from the stuff you plug in and read the piles of books I order when I'm plugged in. Terrible. My mother used to say the best was to stop buying stuff was to stay away from the stores. Online shops must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Your description of the election is spot on. I'm hopeful, again, this will cause many Americans to wake up and pay more attention to their local and national government. The present election is what it is because we as a nation are who we are.

Lovely paperwork

Hey, Z - glad to hear you have found a special little place to teach your magic at, here in town. I have been gone most of the summer (in addition to major medical issues with the husband since February - three big surgeries, and countless dr. appts.), but Jackie told me she had gone into the store while you were teaching one day. Happy for you - hope your own medical issues can be solved easily. Thinking of you - XOXO

It sure is Z! My son-in-law sent me a picture of a little voter sticker that said "I voted...and threw up a little in my mouth". very fitting for this election. Love that you're teaching classes! Wish I could fly over :))))

Can't wait to see what you do with the oak leaves this year. I pressed some and have no idea what I'm going to do with them.
love you!!!
